!Hola! Me llamo Kamil i soy de Polonia! Quiero preguntar por qué debemos utilizar el objeto "le" en este ejemplo:

Le diste un pollo al tigre.

¿Es esta frase correcta sin "le"?

Muchos besos, Kamil

Le diste un pollo al tigre.

¿Es esta frase correcta sin "el" "le"?

No, you have to include 'le' because it is an indirect object pronoun. You can actually leave out "al tigre" because that is who "le" is talking about (to him - the tiger).

So you must keep 'le' but you can leave out 'al tigre' (if everyone knows that the sentence is about the tiger).

You gave = diste

a chicken = un pollo

to him (the tiger) = le

to the tiger = a + el = al tigre.

This site has a good explanation under Learn -> Spanish grammar -> Pronouns/Indirect object pronouns and placement of indirect object pronouns. Hope that is helpful to you.
