I'm not a native speaker so feel free to wait for some more input but here's a few thoughts .... No manches can have lots of meaning depending on context, such as - stop kidding, stop bugging me, are you serious etc etc.
como pasas a creer eso - how you happen to believe that
ella es intocable - she is untouchable
o tu q dices = or what do you mean (or what are you saying)
so something along the lines of .... Your having me on! You really believe that! She's untouchable? or what do you mean?
but without context it's hard to know for sure
