I see this alot on my peoples comments and it doesn't translate. I feel dumb asking my spanish friends so please help me. and also what does Simón mean??? thank you

These are slang terms used in Mexico - maybe other places too.

Órale .......... All right, OK, well done, etc.

Simón ..... Sí (yes).

'Simón' is just the Spanish version of the name Simon.

Like Julián says, that is slang from Mexico.

One thing he forgot, órale also means hurry up!

I haven't seen 'orale' mentioned in any comments - or indeed anywhere else. 'Simón' is just the Spanish version of the name Simon.
