You can say: Ricura, preciosura, preciosidad, belleza, encanto. Also, you can use adjectives as adorable, preciosa, bella, encantadora.
Example:
Tu bebé es una ricura. Provoca comérselo.

Que linda. How cute.
Caralinda. Cutie face.
"Linda" translates to pretty but is used a lot in the context of how English speakers use cute.
Don't use in England, makes me think of cuticles.. ( that's the upper bit of the nails). We say 'sweetie-pie[ here, if we go into edibles, but these days, using food to complement people is doubtful. They may think you mean they are too fat..
It's ok to say a baby is a 'sweetie-pie'. . But a grown woman may think you very oldfashioned and a bit odd, to be honest.
In Spanish you could try : Eres una verdadera belleza ( just a suggestion, without involving food!)
You get !Que mona/o! at least in Països Catalans. I hear it often used when people compliment somebody on their baby. I'd translate it as "How cute!"
[mono/a][1]
Can't make the hyperlink come alive in the usual way: Here it is:

Que linda or que preciosa probably works best. You could also tack on "puedo comerte a besos.
"¡Qué lindo es!
