Tener piel de cocodrilo means to have a thick skin (typical of actors who face up to multiple rejections on auditions or a salesman who needs to keep trying despite adversity or not closing on his last deal).

Tener sangre fría means to be cold blooded and calculating. It's like nothing gets in the way of this person or shocks them.
