From the SD translator:
OK [????ke?] interjection (all right) ¡está bien!; ¡okey!; (LAm) (yes) ¡sí!; (understood) ¡comprendo!; (I agree) ¡vale!; (enough) ¡basta ya!; ¡ya estuvo bueno!; (LAm) OK, OK! ¡vale, vale!; ¡ya, ya!; OK, the next item on the agenda is ... bueno, el siguiente punto en el orden del día es ...
When I watch Spanish TV shows (of all sorts), they seem to use bueno as a transitive verb quite often, as above. But as Scribe-Lady says, "Vale" appears to work as well.

Good luck with your language studies!
I hear vale (sounds like bah-lay) alot used as OK.
Okay, well??? can you do this in english??
I use Bueno, Bien Trying to call people attention before saying something but not both at the same time.
Bueno/bien, comencemos con la presentación.
But as well means bien, i can't say:
Bueno, bien comencemos con la presentacion.
"Oye" is more like "Hey" - a better word to use would be "Vale"
Oye, vamos a comenzar . . .
¿Cómo es? (how it is or ok.)
Cómo es? -bien
¿Cómo es esto? -Bueno
