You`re doing pretty well. Just one or two words stressed in the wrong syllable.
And when you say -No voy a renunciar para aprender mi español- the word renunciar here sounds odd, i can understand what you are saying but -No voy a dejar de aprender español- sounds better.
You could use Renunciar to express the same idea but then the whole sentence should be rewritten.

Mi profesora de español es muy agradable, graciosa y??
Maybe the third adjective you were looking for was "encantadora, amable" ?
