There are too many words as example:
Armadillo from Armadillo
Coyote from Coyote
Ranch from Rancho
Plaza from Plaza
Potato from Patata
Béisbol from Baseball
Voleibol from Volleyball
Fútbol from Football
Gol from Goal
Bumerán from Boomerang
Try googling spanish loanwords and/or anglicismos.

Other than foods and imports no. Both English and Spanish have the roots of Latin and therefor share simular words.
