How do you casually ask a stranger what the time is?

You know how in English you would say, "hey, excuse me, do you happen to know what the time is?" or "hey, do you have the time?", how would you say this in Spanish?

Y suavemente digo, disculpa me guapa ¿ qué hora es ?

I wouldn't use that "dar la hora" which can be interpreted exactly as in English "can you give me the time of day - chileno, May 12, 2013
