Venezuelan dialect

Question

Can anyone tell me any peculiarities to the Venezuelan dialect? Things to avoid? Things that are noticeably different from the Mexican dialect (being from Texas lends itself to me learning more Mexican than other dialects).

Can't tell you too much from first hand knowledge, sorry. You might just want to Google search it, unless someone else here has better first hand experience. This is what I came up with Palabras de Venezuela
