Forming Spanish present participles (-ing words)

Forming Spanish present participles (-ing words)

Do you know how to form Spanish present participles, you'll find them used as the English -ing words when we use them in the present progressive tense.

Eg. I am running. Estoy corriendo.

Perhaps you're quite confident forming the present participles of regular verbs but do you know what to do when a verb stem ends in an ñ or in ll?

How about when the verb has a stem change in its third person preterite form?

If you're unsure this powerpoint presentation might help you know what to do.

And when you're ready to practice these flash cards will help you do that.

Enjoy!
