"¿Estamos?"
Can "¿Estamos?" used by itself as a question mean something like "agreed?" or "all right?" or "are we clear?"?
I've heard it, or something that sounds like it, a lot in Central/South American TV shows. That's what it feels like it means, but I don't know for sure. Thank you.

Estamos is, of course, the first person plural conjugation of estar, to be. If you completed your profile we could better understand how to answer you.
You got it!
In this context estamos is short for "estamos de acuerdo?" We I see this on TV it's always when someone is arguing and they finish with "Estamos?" with the meaning of you "Is that clear?", "Do you understand?". Although you can use it in other situations as well.
Estamos, we are... is used in this way.
