Not so sure about how colloquial you can make this phrase appear in Spanish. You can use the informal you verb form (tú).
¿Te echo una mano? or ¿Te doy una mano?
¿Necesitas ayuda?
¿Te ayudo?

It depends a bit on context but here in Nicaragua if you say go into a shop, they just say ¿qué busca? (or ¿qué busca, amor? jeje) or ¿qué necesita?
