I wonder if it would be possible to put each most recent sub-list link in this first post so we don't need to search for the post with the list? Thanks! - Findy, May 8, 2013
Findy, I am not sure what you mean by the sublink, but at the top of the directions is a blue link "Verbs to use" which has the 500 verbs. I'm not sure what you are asking. - katydew, May 8, 2013
Yup, sorry... got it now! ¡Gracias! - Findy, May 8, 2013
what do you mean by present "past, past" future? - Rey_Mysterio, May 10, 2013
Rey, I mean the present tense, the 2 main past tenses (preterit and imperfect) and the future tense. Just practice for 4 often used tenses for beginners. - katydew, May 13, 2013
I think when Findy says sublink that she means put the link to the page of the verbs we are on. Like **5**.... - jessicamccall117, May 15, 2013

Hola Katy. " we're divorced" is not present. This is one of the places that the "get" word means a lot." We are getting divorced" meaning "we are in the process of divorcing".Also in the pretérito " we got divorced" - britisk, Jun 3, 2013
You don't always have to use the word 'got'. We divorced 8 years ago is past tense English. Translating in the present tene is a little tricky since the English is more complicated than the Spanish. - katydew, Jun 3, 2013
We were getting divorced could be a possible translation too of the imperfect. - katydew, Jun 3, 2013
Se han divorciado = They (got) divorced. or commonly translated, "They have divorced. They mean the same thing. - katydew, Jun 3, 2013
Yes, and divorce is as tricky as the tenses Katy. Cheers - britisk, Jun 3, 2013
Yes, you are right. And sad and hard. - katydew, Jun 4, 2013

Sorry typo " se disculpó " - britisk, Jun 2, 2013
Hola bandit, looks like more than just one plate chum. I think I would have refrased to " he apologized to his mom after his poor behaviour caused a special plate to break" Why do you not use " se disculpo a su mamá"? Cheers - britisk, Jun 2, 2013
Flight of the Bumblebee... hahahaa..... I'll take that as a warning. - katydew, Jun 2, 2013
I'll put that question on the forum since I had that same thought this morning when I was studying disculparse. - katydew, Jun 2, 2013
Gracias, britisk para ver a mi error! - bandit51jd, Jun 2, 2013
Thanks bandit, but with all the posting going on around this verb I'm not sure if it was an error or not. I'm putting my faith in Katy and the other good member friends to put us right on this. All the best. - britisk, Jun 3, 2013
