Should I say Los Mayas de Hoy or Los Mayas de Hoy en Día?

hoy en día means "these days" or "nowadays"
"actualmente" is another word you might want to consider.

Both are correct in this context. But I would not use capital letters for "hoy en día".

Possibly using a form of actual might work too.

In a title, Los Mayos de Hoy would be catchier.
