hola,
you can also say yo hablo poco de español, estoy hasta aprendiendo él.
this means i speak little spanish, i'm still learning it

Just this morning I was trying to think of a positive way to say this:
No hable español muy bien aún.
I don't speak Spanish very well yet.
Or, I usually tell people, "Aprendo hablar a español." (I learn to speak Spanish.) Although I would prefer to say, "I am learning to speak Spanish." (Estoy aprendiendo a hablar a español.) I had to use the translator for that one...
