I like the word "Ojala" I have never heard it before; however, I couldn' t find "PUDIERA" How did you get that, from the verb poder, and then what? And what is Quisera?
They are both forms of the imperfect subjunctive. Quisiera, is a common colloquial way of stating wishes and making polite request its equal to I wish or I would like. When there's no change if subject it's followed by the infinitive form of the verb but when there's a change of subject and it needs to be followed by a conjugated verb, that verb must appear in the subjunctive mood.
Ojalá also means I wish and must always be followed by a verb in the subjunctive mood
When one verb follows another in Spanish the second one usually appears in its infinitive form.
So how about - Ojalá pudiera bailar todo el día.
Deseo poder bailar todo el día.
Quisiera poder bailar todo el día.
NB That is unless there is a change of subject, ie. one person is doing the action of the first verb and another is doing the action of the second verb, in this case the two verbs will be separated by 'que' and then they can both be conjugated.

I would say: ""Deseo que podría bailar todo el día""....
Ojalá means "Hopefully"
Desear means "to wish or desire"
Quisiera means "I would like to"
