When should I use ¿Tienes móvil? and when should I use ¿Tiene móvil?

When should I use ¿En qué trabaja? and when should I use ¿En qué trabajas?

Tiene and trabaja are formal you and tienes ad trabajas are informal. The formal is used for people you do not know very well, people in positions of author oto show respect. The informal is used in casual conversation with people you know fairly well.

¿Cuántos años tiene? How many years do you (usted) have. Also, how many years does he or she have? ¿Cuántos años tienes? How many years do you (tú) have? I have learned from people on this site that you use usted with people you respect; older people; people in authority; and strangers. You can use tú for children, family, and close friends.
