Formal: Tenga cuidado que no quiero que se muera.

Informal: Ten cuidado que no quiero que te mueras.

The first que in either sentence can be omitted in written form by using a comma as you have done.

Hola! If you are talking to a friend you should say "Tenga cuidado no quiero que (tú) mueras." However if you are talking to someone you respect or a stranger than you are absolutely correct!
