You'd say something like 'I feel like/as if I'm lacking something'.
Using 'as if' is more formal or 'higher' English than using 'like'.
You are better off saying 'Is this correct?'
Si quieres decir que algo te falta porque no estás completo puedes decir, como indicó afowen, I think I am lacking something or I feel I am not fulfilled or not complete.
Danos más contexto para darte la expresión exacta en inglés.
_Kib, I often feel that "I am lacking something"
But I am not sure if that is what you intend to say .
Give a little more information mate please.
