I think the first sentence Is ok, in the second and the third ones, the Questions are ok, but the answers are not-so-right, the ideas are right, but the grammar failed. Don't worry, For referring to the Secretary, you could say "La secretaria podrá arreglar la impresora"; and for the Analists, you could say "los analistas tienen que instalarlos/los analístas los instalarán".
