Words with more then one meaning

Question

I have noticed throughout the Lessons the presence of words with more then one meaning ..for example el gato > cat or jack......la margarita > daisy or the popular drink...My question is are there any more words which are used frequently that i should be aware of and are there any words which sound exactly the same but have different spellings.....thanks
