They both is said to mean "to link". What is the difference, if any?

Un enlace is a link (to a webpage or an app). Un vínculo can be a relationship (vínculos de sangre --- blood relatiohships) or an association. It can also mean a link, but more in that last sense.

enlace in noun form is also you for a website link, but sometimes you will the English word just the same. I have heard vincular in the figure of associations more too.

Here are a the entries in the RAE dictionary: vincular enlazar. To me, it looks like "enlazar" is more of a literal, physical thing, while "vincular" has more to do with ideas, emotions, etc.
