How do you put el programas de estudios in a sentence to ask a question?

What question are you wanting to ask? I'm a little confused.
¿Qué programas del estudios le interesa? (What programs of study interest you?) I think that is a correct sentence but I'm not 100% sure.
Also-- in your question, it should be los programas because programas is plural

How about simply adding the question marks.
