Best way to state in Spanish "Mark all that apply"

Marque todo cosas si appaplicar. Is this the best way or is there another?

Also, I am not sure to how to say "All information collected will be private."

Thank you,
Ann

chequee in not very correct in spanish

And "apliquen" isn't very correct here.

I think that Dunia's sentence is the correct one
Marque todo lo que sea pertinente

"Chequee todas las que apliquen", could work too.

Toda la información recogida] será privada

Maybe will be better

Toda la información recogida será tratada confidencialmente

For exemple: "Marque todo lo que sea pertinente"

"Appaplicar" doesn't exist.

"Todo cosas" is wrong. "Todas las cosas" = "Todo"

"Toda la información recopilada será confidencial"
