Conjugating and adding a direct object pronoun
Hi guys. If the question was "¿Das tú los regalos?", would an appropriate answer be, "Si, doylos." I'm trying to say, "Yes, I give them", and for the word "them" (gifts), I'll be adding the direct object pronoun "los". Thanks a lot!

Almost: Sí, los doy. For future reference you attach the pronoun to infinitives and present participles. Don't confuse this with English where the pronouns come after the verb.
A+ on your spelling and syntax!
In this case you don't add the DOP to an infinitive because there isn't one in the way this sentence is constructed in Spanish. I give them. Conjugate the verb Dar in the Yo form, Doy. Next figure out the DOP. Since los regalos is a masculine plural DO (them), the DOP is Los. In Spanish the DOP comes before the conjugated verb, so it's Los Doy (Basically , it translates to "them I give" in English). It's tricky but with practice you will get the hang of it. It your example if instead you said ¿Das tú las flores ? The sentence would change to Las Doy because las flores is a plural feminine DO and the DOP is Las. Doy remains the same because you are saying, I give.
An example of using an infinitive would be-I want to buy the flowers "Quiero comprar las flores" then if you wanted to say 'I want to buy them" it would be Quiero (Yo form of Querer) Comprar (the infinitive of the verb to buy) Las (the flowers). So you would say Quiero comprarlas-the DOP pronoun is hooked to the end of the infinitive.
