I don't know what he means by deypass or akumal. The rest says that he hopes to see you, that he is sorry about something that he did wrong to you, he is going to give you a "playera" from Mexico. I'm not overly familiar with Mexican articles of clothing names, but I think it's some kind of shirt. He thanks you for the news you told him, and he says you will be in communication.
