Some one posted a question concerning this title back in 2009 but the question is very awkward.
I would like to know how or why does Agárralo como puedas translate to Naked Gun? Is it an idiom?

Don't crack your head with movie titles, the English and Spanish titles have nothing to do with each other, and it is not an idiom. Also, many movies have a different name in Spain and LatAm, each one created to better fit its market.
