"Aqui Pasandolf con este frillaso" what does this mean in English? If a man is speaking to young woman?

I'm assuming it's in response to a question like, how are you? It should be something more like "Aquí, pasandola con este friazo" which means, "Right here, dealing with this extreme cold (weather)" "Pasandola" is a little hard to explain, but that's the general idea.
