We use present continous ( estar+ Gerundio ) or pretérito perfecto with ( ahora mismo ) ?

This expression is also commonly used to tell someone that you will do something right away, ie "Ahora mismo me voy" .... "I´m leaving right now" (Maybe now or maybe in ten minutes - it´s cultural).

I agree with Cae in that it doesn´t make sense in past tense.

Pues usar resente continuo presente simple.

Ejemplos: Ahora mismo no puedo contestar. Ahora mismo estoy preparando el desayuno.

No tendría mucho sentido si usaras "pretérito perfecto".
