So what do you need to do? Answer using the possessive adjectives?

Eg for the first one - El mapa de México es de Sofía, ¿no?

You could answer - Sí, es su mapa. or No, no es su mapa.

MODELO: La computadora es del profesor, ¿verdad? Sí, es su computadora.

Hmmm then I can't see why - sí, es su mapa - isn't correct for the first one. Did u put a comma after sí and an accent on the í? That might make the difference.

Here is the entire question and example set i am stumped on- help;

Your Spanish class set up a booth on Mexican culture for an international fair at your university. You are now cleaning up and returning items borrowed for the display. A classmate reads off a tally list, and you confirm the accuracy of the information. Restate each assertion using an appropriate possessive adjective.

MODELO: La computadora es del profesor, ¿verdad?
Sí, es su computadora.

1)El mapa de México es de Sofía, ¿no? .
