A congratulation thread is when you make a "question" to congratulate a member who has reached a milestone in their reputation points, such as 10k, 25k, 50k, etc. Then other members "answer" with congratulations messages of their own. - PumpkinCalabaza, Apr 3, 2013

Unfortunately my computer skills are not good enough to do a congatulation thread but I can certainly do the answer part with great enthusiasm.... I know how grateful I have been for your efforts.
