Can't tell you the correct Spanish but the correct English is "you're on your own" or "you are on your own".

The word 'your' does not translate to 'you are'. It only translates to possession such as "your car".

The same rule applies to "their" and "they are". These are not synonyms. One is a state of possession and the other a state of being.

Not withstanding the fact about your error with "your" and "you're" I feel the following may suffice

Estás a solas

or

Estás solito

Other way to say it:

A: Me dijiste que me ayudarías a limpiar la casa. / You told me you would help me to clean the house
B: Para nada. Arreglátelas solo. /No way, you're on your own.
