Yes, it is "Vaya con Dios" (formal), "Ve con Dios" (informal)

"Vaya" is imperative as well as present form. It does not sound strong for me. When you wish someone to go with god is same as imperative "i wish you go / you go". Is would be rude if you say it in a rude way but not in a kind relation. - Chyeko, Mar 31, 2013
