Disrespectful Slang
I am doing a translation for the National Alliance on Mental Illness regarding Stigma and how the language we use perpetuates it. The following list of terms is used and I'm looking for an equivalent list in Spanish. "Crazy, lunatic, deficient, wacko, loony tune, psycho, etc." I already have chiflado, loco, lunático. Any others come to mind?

Idiota
Tonto
Estúpido
Imbécil
Chalado
Burro,
as in "Que burro eres"
Mild in Mexico, but much more offensive in Guatemala, or so I've been told.
This topic is really interesting because long ago "imbécil" was a term to describe a type of mental illnes, but the use of people made it become slang. Best slang related with medical terms are: loco, perturbado, imbécil, subnormal, retrasado, tarado, idiota, mongolo, maníaco.

majareta, lelo, zumbado, orate, colgado, tarado, pirado, ido, desquiciado, perturbado, sonado
all words ending in "ado", usually in street language pronounced "ao". eg: trastornado=trastornao, colgado=colgao, etc...
