I didn't understand why we use pronoun se in Ella se morió while with nacer we don't like in Ella nació

It's impossible to give birth to oneself, but we all die alone.

Morir is used for explaining what you died of, and morirse in conversation, such as ' mi perro / abuelo se murió ayer'

If you want to know why it's morir and not morirse, simply accept it.

"Morirse" indicates dying of natural causes or from something expected such as cancer.

"Morir" indicates a sudden death such as being killed by a criminal.

Really? There's always a risk in correcting other people's Spanish I guess... - HackerKing, Mar 28, 2013

Hi, that's because morir is used as pronominal verb, but you can also say Ella murió instead Ella se murió. The verb nacer can't be used as pronominal **Ella se nació*

Those pronominal verbs are those which you use an accusative in.

It's because the verb to die is morirse. You can say Ella murió, but because of the verb having that se component, you'll also find Ella se murió.

Other reflexive verbs (that use se) are Afeitarse (to shave), Ducharse (to shower) and Alegrarse (To be happy).

If you want to know why it's morir and not morirse, simply accept it. There's a lot in English that doesn't make sense (1 fish, 2 fish but 1 dish, 2 dishes). There are also parts of Spanish that won't make sense. Just don't worry about the why and instead learn the how.

The particle "se" (morirse, afeitarse, caerse, ducharse) is used to mean that the action is "actively done" by the subject. It's something about the concept that somebody "can do his own death", but birth simply occurs.
