Busqué la frase ¨I didn´t know if you were willing¨ or, ¨I didn´t know if you would be willing¨, pero en este caso, no tengo confianza en el traductor aquí, así que, voy a adivinarla.
No lo sabía si estés dispuesto.
¿Alguien me puede avisar o mejorar?

I didn´t know if you would be willing - No sabía si estarías dispuesto.

No sabía si estarías dispuesto a ....cocinar la cena esta noche= I didn’t know if you would be willing to cook the dinner tonight.
No sabía si estarías dispuesto a dar de comer al perro = i didn't know if you would be willing to feed the dog
By the way, you wouldn't use the present subjunctice after si but If the word que was present in the sentence you would use the imperfect subjunctive following a verb in the past tense in the first part/clause
I didn't know that she was ill = No sabía que estuviera enferma (Two subjects: I and she separated by relative pronoun que, first part in past so second part must also be written in the past too!)
