Which is correct? And is the subjuntive needed after them? And if both are correct, how would you use each one? Examples please!

I think both work. One is to agree with something/someone, and the other is to agree on something.
Estoy de acuerdo con Juan (I agree with Juan.)
No estamos de acuerdo en nada. (We don't agree on anything)
