Lo siento, no tuve tiempo para ir a mi clase de Pilates ésta semana , no habré mejorado la postura, ni la estabilidad central aún..

I'm sorry, I didn't have time to go to my Pilates class this week and I have yet to improve my posture as well as my core strength.
