Is it right to use verb { Colgar } as .. 1- to hang something on. 2- to hold a phone call.

Llevas 4 horas al teléfono ¡cuelga ya!->you've been 4 hours on the phone, hang up right away
Cuando termines de lavar la ropa, no te olvides de colgarla->don't forget to hang out the clothes when you're done washing it
