Saying "You will not see your sister again".
I am unsure of the correct way to say "You will not see your sister again" Is either of these translations correct? :
No verá a su hermana más No verá su hermana más

Your first sentence is better because the personal a is necessary, but I would say "jamás" instead of "más".
I agree with Julian but I would add that using the polite form verá seems almost too polite for a kidnapper who might also be trying to intimidate someone.
The kidnapper might use the familiar form no verás as a deliberate way of showing disrespect to the person to whom they are sending the note in order to intimidate them so as to make them feel afraid and be more willing to co-operate/give in to their demands! By using the familiar form the kidnapper could also be suggesting that they know them personally! I am trying to think like a forensic psychologist and I would say that I think the language used would reflect the motives of the kidnapper. A group just wanting a ransom and anonymity might use the polite form a psychpathic/sociopathic killer might prefer a more intimate use of language and use the familiar form to control and use fear!
I would suggest: No verás a su hermana jamás.
It might be possible to substitute de nuevo in place of jamás. It would be interesting to get the views of any native speakers here.
No volverás a ver a tu hermana is another common way of saying what you want to say.
Ya no le vas a ver a tu hermanita.
Ya no le verás a tu hermanita.
Jamás le vas a ver a tu hermanita.
I hope your paper goes well
O, : no No va a ver a su hermanita nunca más. ( assuming it's younger sister)
