In Mexico: "Son siete para las dos / Faltan siete para las dos". If it´s daylight, "de la tarde" won´t be necessary.

I think natives sometimes shorten it, when speaking (but not writing) the time to: las dos menos siete de la tarde.

One great thing about this website is that you can type in '1:53 p.m' in the translator box and it will give you the answer to any number questions you have, including time. It even has a sound icon to listen to so you can pronounce it well.
