Rule number 2: Use correct...spelling, and capitalization.
I am seeing more and more the first personal pronoun I being written in lower case i. I know that there is a "text" language that takes great (and perhaps even long overdue) liberties with the English language, but we native English speakers really need to make sure that we use the educated accepted forms of English spelling when asking questions or giving answers. People do use this forum to learn English and they should have the best examples of English usage available. I know that English has many challenges even to native speakers, but I am asking our participants to make this little step in the right direction and capitalize that first person singular pronoun. I thank you, I'm sure, for your consideration!

I agree. The so-called "text" patois is so unfair to learners who expect this site to exemplify a high standard of Spanish and English.
Jubilado, I am afraid this bastarization of language is happening with all languages that use the Latin alphabet, and probably others as well. The letter K doesn´t even exist in Spanish and yet many natives now use it for their lazy way to write que. Here is a new idiom about them: "Huevones tecladeños" (so new it´s not even registered in the RAE). Unfortunately, you will be able to use this alot.
High technology is creating idiots out its users.
Thank you Jubilado, I will do my best to use the accepted form of English. Thank you for the reminder.
Ditto to everything you said!
