Why don't people in the United States use "I shall" and "We shall" on a daily basis like in the United Kingdom?
Why don't the British say "Y'all" as the second person plural?
It's because these are different dialects of a language. Over time they have developed different grammars. True, a huge majority of it is the same (otherwise it wouldn't be the same language), but pronunciation and some expression and structures aren't the same.
