I think it is a kind of discount you get when you buy a new car in Spain. The main objectives of the plan pive are to destroy all the old vehicles (over 10 years old) and replace them with new and efficient ones, to save energy and to reduce the emission of greenhouse gases. I think this discount could be up to 2000 euros. You need to have an old vehicle and it has to be registered in Spain to get that discount
