Could someone please correct my spanish essay?

I had to write an essay about my family for Spanish, and I did the best I could, but I know there will be quite a few mistakes. If someone could read through the English version, and the Spanish version, and correct the Spanish version. i just need to make sure the essay makes sense, and has correct grammar. This will help me out alot, and I always pick best answer. Thanks so much!

Here is the Spanish version: "Tengo muchos amigos, pero uno familia pequena. Estoy bien con eso aunque. Es me y mi madre contra el mundo. Mi madre no es solo mi madre, ella es mi amiga. Mi madre es mi mejor amiga. Ella siempre me escucha. Ella es el tipo de persona que va a salir de su camino para ayudar a las persona. Su cumpleanos fue el mes pasado. Mi madre es muy joven. Su hermano, mi tio, es mucho mayor que ella. Mi tio es mucho alto, el es seis pies dos. Mi novio es muy alto, demasiado. Nuestro aniversario es este mes. Hacemos una linda pareja, con mi el pelo azul y su su mohawk. Lo amo. Los amo a todos mis amigos. Tengo la suerte de tenerlos. Cuando necesito a alguien con quien hablar, se que puedo llamar a uno de ellos".

Here is what it's SUPPOSED to say: I have many friends, but a small family. I am fine with that though. It's me and my mother against the world. My mother is not only my mother, she is my friend. My mother is my best friend. She always listens to me. She is the kind of person who will go out of her way to help people. Her birthday was last month. My mother is very young. Her brother, my uncle, is much older than her. My uncle is very tall, he is six foot two. My boyfriend is very tall, too. Our anniversary is this month. We make a cute couple, with my blue hair and his mohawk. I love him. I love all of my friends. I am lucky to have them. When I need someone to talk to, I know I can call one of them.

I know this is very long, but I will be so thankful if someone could correct it for me.

Ella siempre me escucha. Es el tipo de persona que suele ayudar a los demás. Su cumpleaños fue el mes pasado. Mi madre es muy joven. Su hermano, mi tío, es mucho mayor que ella. Mi tio es muy alto, mide Six foot two: ¿un metro ochenta y siete?. Mi novio también es muy alto. Nuestro aniversario es este mes. Hacemos buena pareja, yo con mi pelo azul y él con su peinado mohawk. Yo le amo. Quiero a todos mis amigos y soy afortunada al tenerlos. Cuando necesito alguien con quien hablar, sé que puedo contar con cualquiera de ellos.

I found a few "little bity ones" (ex. uno familia -> una familia). I am by far not anything close to a great spanish speaker although.

However, if you have MS Word, you can change the language to Spanish and it will pick up a lot of those little mistakes.
