También conocido por el día de ayuda el feo. Sólo mete su cabeza por la bolsa mientras en tu carrera de la mañana, digales "de nada", y seguir.

Also know as help an ugly person day. Just slip a bag on while out for a morning run, tell them you're welcome, and keep on.
