This is not "spanglish" per se. It's more akin to text talk (e.g. "oh hai therr. Dont u h8 it when ppl write liek dis?"). I am drawing a blank with "pos" and "vero" but "ke" is shorthand for "que" and "kiere" is "quiere."
No sé porque la gente no simplemente escribir en español.

vero es una manera infromal de decir Veronica
In English it would be:
Well hurry up because Veronica is in the waiting room and I don't know if she wants to.
What she wants to do is unknown and will remain so without context. And I translated sala as waiting room but it could a conference room or who knows what. Again, without context we can't be sure.
