In Mexico: ¿Te gusta jugar al futbol? (stress can be on either the first or last sylable - both are correct).

If you are asking someone informal, you would say ¿Te gusta jugar fútbol? Or if it is someone formal, you would ask ¿A usted, le gusta jugar fútbol?

If you are talking about someone (let's use Hernando as a name), you would say ¿A Hernando, le gusta jugar fútbol? Which would mean "Does Hernando like to play soccer"?
