Can you tell me the proper way to use a date? Is this acurate? "Yo nací en noviembre veinte-ocho." ?

Nací el veintiocho de noviembre. And with days of the week, use "el" not "en" (like what sounds right in English). El lunes, vamos a la casa de mi amiga: On Monday, we're going to my friend's house.
